Founded by two friends, Dave and Mike, The Marley Group remains focused today on what helped launch the company years ago, a commitment to the customer. We look forward to any opportunity in which we can improve a families environment through careful planning, proper execution, and thorough completion. We embrace the future and hope to have a positive impact on it.
Why is the Company called “The Marley Group?”
We get this question a lot and and the answer is simple. We love dogs and one of those dogs is Mike and Michelle’s golden retriever, Marley. In our eyes dogs resemble who we strive to be everyday. They’re loyal, courageous, self-sacrificing and sometimes dirty. We embrace those qualities and try to do our part as individuals and a company to live more simply.

Dave started The Marley Group with Mike because of a desire to provide outstanding service to families like yours and mine. Enthusiastic about what he does, Dave treats every property as if it was his own. Experienced and knowledgeable he completes the job every time and usually gains a friend in the process. With what time Dave has left he is enjoying it with his own family and friends.
Mike Santini, Project Manager
Mike leads each construction project with experience, commitment and a positive attitude. Passionate about construction, he is normally found at the job site working tirelessly. When not creating beautiful spaces, he finds time to go to the cottage with Michelle and Marley. A talented and decent person, Mike makes any project easier.
